Youth & Discipleship Department exists to encourage local church leaders in their efforts to disciple the youth and children within their sphere of influence. We are committed to train and equip every leader, provide resources for discipleship, and be available to assist the local church in their efforts to elevate youth to a position of life-long service to Jesus Christ. This mission will be accomplished through ministry training and discipleship opportunities such as: Teen & Junior Talent, Boys’ & Girls’ Ministries, Youth Camp, YWEA Missions, NYLA & Focus Conferences, Kids Fest, And Winterfest.
The statistics are exciting, disturbing, and challenging all at the same time. They tell us that between 90% and 95% of the people who come to Christ do so before they are 25 years of age.
